I submitted my bid, what happens next?
-
When you submit your bid, you will see the Bid End date directly in the contracted lane. Once the bid ends, a Marketplace Specialist will reach out to confirm your rate. Edit your submitted bids by clicking on the Submitted Bids tab below the Contract Loads section of the carrier portal.

-
How will I know if I won a contract?
-
Once bidding ends and the shipper publishes their awards, a Marketplace Specialist will reach out with the next steps.
-
-
Will I get an email confirmation of my participation in a bid?
-
At this time, you will not receive an email once a bid is placed. View your current bids in the Submitted Bids tab.
-
-
How do I know what rate to submit?
-
Not all contract opportunities will have a target rate, so we recommend providing your best, most competitive rate that makes sense for your business. Please submit your best All-IN rate.
-
-
What if I can’t take the full volume shown in the lane?
-
When submitting a bid, you can adjust the volume to match what your maximum capacity would be. If the lane is then awarded, you will have the first right of refusal for the volume you are able to take.
-
-
What if I'm unable to find contract loads that match lanes that I run?
-
If you are unable to find contract opportunities that match your preferred lanes, don’t worry! As our shipper base grows and seasons change, new opportunities will become available.
-
-
How do I know what the commodity and weight will be?
-
Due to the nature of RFPs and project-specific demands, commodities and weight may vary. If you have restrictions on what commodities you can haul, you can enter that information in the Notes section when submitting your bid.
-
-
How do I know what the shipping hours will be?
-
Each shipper and their related facilities will have varying hours of operation. If there are specific times you prefer for the pick and the drop, enter that information in the Notes section when submitting your bid.
-
-
How long will it take before I get a response?
-
We thank you for your participation and patience. Every shipper operates differently and we ask that you allow up to two weeks after the bidding end date to receive feedback. In any case, feel free to reach out to our team for additional details.

What if I am already running this lane on spot?
-
This is your chance to gain access to more consistent lane volume! While you may still have access to these lanes in the spot market, gaining long-term business to lanes you like gives you the First Right of Refusal every time, you would be treated as a primary on the lane and would not have to worry about inconsistent market fluctuations.
