When preparing to create an RFP Event, it’s important to have all of your Network Partners uploaded into the Dynamic RFP Portal. You can either upload your Network Partners individually and assign them Tags to better organize them, or bulk upload all of them and add their Mode type and any identifying Tags afterwards. How to Add a Network Partner

After logging into the Dynamic Shipper RFP Portal, click NETWORK PARTNERS on the left hand side of the screen.

If you want to add an individual Network Partner, click ADD NETWORK PARTNER in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

A pop up window will appear asking for the Contact Email Address, SCAC Code, the Modes of the Network Partner (Truckload, LTL, Drayage, etc.), and any Tags you would like to attribute to your Network Partner. Note: Tags can be used to to indicate certain information about the capacity provider, such as if they are an Asset Carrier, a Broker, or if their fleet is primarily Reefer trailers, for example. You can also select carriers based on Tags when inviting them to an RFP Event.
How to Manage Network Partners
Click MANAGE NETWORK PARTNERS, which will allow you to:
- Download All Network Partners to view a list of your Network Partners and their SCACS
- Edit Existing Network Partners to bulk edit your Network Partners
- Upload New Network Partners to bulk upload new Network Partners
If you select Edit Existing Network Partners, a window will appear where you can click Download template to download a spreadsheet with all of your current Network Partners and their information.
The template displays displays their basic information in columns A through G:
In columns H through M, you have the ability to add any Tags, as well as Carrier Scorecard information. Click here to learn more about How to Use Carrier Scorecards.

If you click Upload New Network Partners, a pop-up window will appear where you can click Download template to get the excel template used for entering your Network Partners. The only information required in the excel spreadsheet is the email and SCAC for each of your capacity providers. Once you have filled that out and saved it, click BROWSE FILES, select your saved spreadsheet, and then click SUBMIT.

You can can also edit Network Partners by clicking their Company Name or you can select multiple Network Partners by clicking the boxes to the left of their name and clicking BULK EDIT.

You will be brought to a screen where you can view all of their information. including their Grade if you uploaded that information, their company details, any Tags you may have added, and any Partner Contacts associated with that Network Partner.

To change any basic information, click Edit Partner in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

You can change the SCAC Code any add any Modes that the Network Partner can service. NOTE: If you want to change your contact's email address, you will have to delete the contact and add a new one; the email address cannot be changed in this screen.

Click the Modes drop down menu and select one or more loads that the Network Partner can service.


The Tags window will appear, allowing you to add any existing Tags, or you can click Create Tag to create a new one and apply to the Network Partner.
Enter the Tag you wish to add and click CREATE to apply it to the Network Partner. Click CONFIRM once you are finished.
Click Add Contact if you have multiple points of contact for the Network Partner.
Enter the Contact Email Address, and select or de-select Add as Primary Contact. Once you ever entered their email address, click ADD.
Once you have finished editing the Network Partner, click the arrow in the upper left hand side of the screen.
When Bulk Editing Network Partners, you can add or remove the various Modes they are capable of providing, as well as add or remove Tags to group them together. Click SAVE when done.
