For any upcoming, current, or future RFP Events, it’s critical to have all of your Network Partners uploaded and updated into the Dynamic RFP Portal. No matter how small or large your carrier network is, the Emerge Dynamic RFP Portal makes it easy to add and manage your Network Partners so you can be confident your choosing the right carrier for the right event.
Adding Network Partners
Note: An invitation email will be sent to all new added Network Partners asking the contact to sign up with Emerge
Add Network Partner In-App
Steps

Log into the Dynamic Shipper RFP Portal

Click NETWORK PARTNERS on the left hand side of the screen.

Click ADD NETWORK PARTNER in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Enter the Network Partner information:

Contact Email Address
-
SCAC Code
-
Partner Type - Asset, Non-Asset, Hybrid

Modes - Truckload, LTL, Drayage, etc.

Tags - Used to to indicate certain information about the capacity provider, such as if they are if their fleet is primarily Reefer trailers. Tags can be helpful in the future if you want to invite specific carriers by tag to an RFP Event.

Bulk Upload Network Partners
Upload New Network Partners allows users to quickly upload Network Partners in bulk using spreadsheets. This is helpful if you have a large list of carriers contacts.
If you click Upload New Network Partners, a pop-up window will appear with instructions on how to download and upload your Network Partners:
Steps
- From the 'Network' tab, Click MANAGE NETWORK PARTNERS
- Select UPLOAD NEW NETWORK PARTNERS. A pop-up window will appear
- Click Download template to get the excel template used for entering your Network Partners.
- Open the file and fill out the sheet with the following information:
- SCAC Code
- Tags (Optional)
- Partner Type (Asset, Non-Asset, or Hybrid)
- Once complete, save your file and upload it into the Emerge Platform using 'Drag & Drop' or 'Browse Files'
Managing/Editing Network Partners
Once your Network Partners are added into Emerge, you can easily manage and edit Network Partner information to make sure it's accurate and ready for use in your next RFP event.
Edit Existing Network Partners
There are several ways you can edit existing Network Partner information:
Single Partner In-App
To edit a single Network Partner in the app (i.e without uploading spreadsheets), you can do the following:
- Click the Network tab on the left hand navigation panel
- Click the Company name of the Network Partner you'd like to edit
- Editing Options
- Click Edit Partner to edit SCAC, Partner Type, or Modes
- Click Edit Tags to edit the tags associated to the Network Partner
- Click Add Contact to add another authorized contact to the company
- Click Save
Bulk Edit File
To bulk edit existing Network Partners:

From the 'Network' tab, click MANAGE NETWORK PARTNERS

Click Edit Existing Network Partners. A pop-up window will appear with instructions on how to download and upload the edit sheet:
- Click Download template to download a spreadsheet with all of your current Network Partners and their information.
- Open the spreadsheet, and make your desired changes. Some fields you can change:
- SCAC
- Tags

- Once complete, save your file and upload it into the Emerge Platform using 'Drag & Drop' or 'Browse Files'
Bulk Edit In-App
To change Partner Type, Modes, or Tags for multiple companies at once:
Steps
- Go to the 'Network' Tab in the left hand navigation panel
- Select multiple companies by clicking the checkbox on the left-most column
- Click BULK EDIT
- Select what you'd like to bulk modify: Partner Type, Modes, or Tags
- Make your desired changes and click Save
Download All Network Partners
Clicking Download All Network Partners will initiate a download of a spreadsheet of all your Network Partners with the following information:
- Company Name
- MC/DOT
- SCAC
- Contact Information (Name, Email)
- Note: This will only provide the primary contact information
- Emerge Platform Registration Status
- Tags
- Carrier Scorecard Information
- Partner Type
