Fuel Surcharge is the fee trucking companies use to cover the fluctuating costs of fuel. The FSC will be calculated based on the active fuel matrix and the Energy Information Administration's (EIA) current national diesel fuel rate.
Click on the Settings Icon in the bottom left corner.
Select Fuel Surcharge from the Settings list.
Here you will see the Fuel Surcharge chart, where you can adjust settings and view your Fuel Surcharge Matrix. You can choose whether or not to Display total rates with fuel surcharge included by toggling it on or off.
You can choose which fuel rate you would like to use by clicking the Fuel Rate Source drop down menu.
Select the option that works best for your company from the drop down menu.
You can also customize your Fuel Surcharge Matrix by clicking OPTIONS.
Click Download Fuel Surcharge Table to download the template. Once you've made any adjustments you would like to the Fuel Surcharge Matrix, save the excel spreadsheet, and click Upload Fuel Surcharge Table.
In the Fuel Surcharge Upload window, click BROWSE FILES and select the Fuel Surcharge Matrix you just saved, and click UPLOAD.
