Emerge’s Shipper TMS allows you to manage your spot freight transactions using any capacity providers you currently work with as well as Emerge’s network of 35k+ vetted carriers. You can create quotes, tender shipments, track loads, set up routing guides, and view and analyze your historical freight spend.
Below is a brief tour of each section of the Shipper TMS, as well as links to more in-depth breakdowns for each of them, including:
Navigating the Shipper TMS Portal
When you first log in to the Shipper TMS portal, you will see Quotes that are either open or haven’t been tendered. This is also where you can create quotes. Click here to learn How to Create a Quote.
You can search for specific quotes using the Magnifying Glass icon in the upper left hand corner, or filter the quotes by clicking the three lines that form an arrow.
When you click the three lines, you will see a page that allows you to click any of the fields you wish to filter by and choose from a drop down menu. Once you’ve selected the filters you want, click APPLY in the lower right hand corner of the screen or CANCEL to exit out with no filters.
In the upper right hand corner you will see a Circle with a ? icon which will take you to our Help Desk, and the Chat Bubble with three dots will allow you to chat directly with your Network Partners. Clicking the Chat Icon on the lower right hand of the screen will put you in direct contact with our Application Support team with any questions related to the Shipper TMS.
You can find all sections of the Shipper TMS on the left hand side of the screen. Click the icons listed below to view the corresponding page of the Shipper TMS:

The Square with the $ Sign will take you to back to the Quotes page.

The Flag with the Check Mark will take you to the Tenders page.

The Map Pin will take you to the Tracking page.

The Clock icon will take you to the History page.

The Person icon will take you to the Network Partners page.

The Road icon will take you to the Contract Lanes page.

The Graph Sheet icon will take you the Reports page.
The Gear icon in the lower left hand corner will let you customize your Shipper profile.
The Circle Icon with the Figure is where you can log out, view your contact information, or switch entities if you are a user for multiple shippers.
