You can add capacity providers to your Network either individually or in bulk. These Network Partners can be edited or removed at anytime, and each time you create a quote you can automatically send them quote requests. Click to jump to Adding a Network Partner or Bulk Uploading Network Partners.
Navigating the Network Partner Tab
Click the Network button on the left hand side of the screen.
You will be brought to the Network Partners page where you can view and search your current Network Partners including their contact information, Partner Status, their Partner code (SCAC), and any Tags you have given them. Click here to learn more about Tags.
Click the All drop down menu to select a filter to use when entering information into the Search bar.
Select which piece of information you would like to search by and then begin typing in the Search bar.
You can click BULK UPLOAD to upload multiple Network Partners at a time, or click CREATE NETWORK PARTNER to add a single Network Partner. Click here to learn how to Bulk Upload Network Partners and here to learn how to Add a Network Partner.
Click the three dots on the right side of the screen to edit any of your Network Partners.
You can either Edit or Delete the Network Partner you have selected.
The Edit Network Partner window will appear, allowing you to edit their Partner Code or add or remove any Tags. Note:To change the Name, Contact Email Address, or Contact Phone Number of the Network partner, you will need to delete them and then re-add them with the correct contact information.
Hover over the i next to the Network Partner’s Tags to see which Tags they currently have associated with them.
Adding a Network Partner

From any page in the Shipper TMS, click the CREATE + button in the top left corner of the screen.

Select Network Partner in the drop down menu that appears.

The Create Network Partner pop up window will appear. Fill out the First Name, Contact Email Address, and Contact Phone Number, which are all required fields. Last Name, Partner Code, and Tags are all optional fields. The Partner Code is for your Network Partner’s SCAC, and adding Tags to a Network Partner allows you to filter when managing your Network Partners. Once you have entered the Network Partner’s information, click CREATE. An email will be sent to the Network Provider letting them know that you have added them into your Network.

Click the Tags drop down menu to select one or more pre-existing tags to add to the Network Partner.

You can also click Create Tag to make a new Tag for your Network Partner when adding them.

Enter the name of the tag in the Tag field, click CREATE, and then select that tag and click CONFIRM to assign it to the Network Partner.

Click in the Network tab on the left hand side of the screen to view the status of your new Network Partner. They will remain in the Awaiting Confirmation status until either a Quote request is sent to them or they verify their company information.
Bulk Uploading Network Partners

Click CREATE on the top left hand side of the screen.

Select Bulk Upload.

Select Network Partners.

You can also click the Network button on the left side of the screen.

Click BULK UPLOAD in the top right corner of the Network Partners screen.

Click DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE and open the file to begin entering the Network Partners you want to upload.

Fill out the information in the template and save it to your computer once completed. NOTE: The First Name, Email Address, and Phone number fields are required.

Click ADD DOCUMENTS in the Shipper TMS and select the file you just saved.

Click Upload data from file, select the file, and click Continue once it has finished uploading.

Click Yes to confirm that the first row contains the column headers.

Click Confirm Mapping to ensure that the columns and information line up correctly.

Click Review to validate the information in your template.

If there is information missing in one of the required fields, it will highlight red. You can fill this information out on this screen. Once you fill in the field with the error, click Continue and your upload will be complete.

If you do not fill out the missing data, a window will appear letting you know of the unresolved format issue. Click Continue to proceed, or Go back to correct the error. If you click Continue without correcting the error, that Network Partner will not be added. Note: This error will not generate an email informing you which Network Partner failed to upload.

You can confirm the upload was successful by clicking back into the Network tab and going to the last page. Your new Network Partners will be the last ones listed.
