Summary
Shippers who have completed building their Scenarios can use Scenarios In-App Reporting to visualize allocations and analyze scenarios before finalizing award decisions. Scenarios Reporting offers tools to examine spend and savings allocations effectively. Some of the data available in the reporting includes:
- Spend Data: Total Spend, Historical Spend, Target Spend.
- Savings and Impact: Analyze savings by Lane.
- Detailed Analysis: Spend, awards, and cost by Lane and Participant, Origin/Destination Analysis, Live/Drop Analysis.
Accessing the Reporting Feature
- Click the Events tab and select your RFP event
- Under the 'Awarding' section on the left side, click Scenarios
- Click on the Scenario you'd like to view reporting on.
- Click on the Reporting tab. The default dashboard will appear.
- Export or Send via Email: Within the report, users can send dashboard via email or export the dashboard into Excel, CSV, or PDF
