Logging into the Emerge Platform

If you've previously created an Emerge account, use the following steps to log in. If you haven't created an account or forgot your credentials:

• Sign Up
• Reset Password

Log In 

Step 1 - Go to Signup Page Visit https://login.emergemarket.io/ Enter your email Click Continue OR Log in with your Google or Microsoft account
Step 2: Enter Password You have two options to log in: Password: Enter your password and click Continue One Time Code: Click Send one time code. You'll get a code sent to the email entered in Step 1. Enter that code into text field.

 

Sign Up

Step 1 - Go to Signup Page Visit https://login.emergemarket.io/ Click Sign up OR Create an account using your Google or Microsoft account
Step 2 - Create Password Create your Password. Password must contain: At least 8 characters Lower case letters (a-z) Upper case letters (A-Z) Numbers (0-9)
Step 3 - Verify Verify your email. Go to your inbox and click the Verify your account button in the email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it. You can resend the email after one minute
Step 3 - Fill Out User/Company Info Carriers Fill out the form with your name, phone number, and company information. Note: If entering a Docket Number like an MC#, be sure to enter 'MC' before your MC number. Example: "MC12345" and not just "12345". If your company is not in our system, contact Support Shippers Fill out the form with your name, phone number, and company information. Note: If your company already uses Emerge, it's best to get a coworker with an Emerge Admin account to invite you to the company.	Carriers Shippers

Reset Password

Step 1 - Go to Signup Page Visit https://login.emergemarket.io/ Enter your email Click Continue Note: Reset password is only available if email and password were provided during account creation. Users who originally registered via SSO (Google or Microsoft) should click 'Continue with Google' or 'Continue with Microsoft Account'
Step 2: Enter Password Click Forgot password?
Step 3 - Enter Email Address Enter your email address for the account you wish to reset password for
Step 3 - Check Inbox and Choose New Password Check your email  In the Emerge email, click Reset Your Password Enter your new password
Step 4 You're done! Click Back to login to log in using your new password
