Manage Autobook Partners

Shippers can give Network Partners the ability to Autobook to Lowest Bids and have access to view Dynamic Book it Now rates. Additionally, Shippers can configure exclusion rules at a Network Partner level so that you can pick and choose what quote types your Network Partners can autobook.

How to Add Autobook Partners

Adding New Network Partner

1. Click CREATE + and click Network Partner
2. Under 'Partner Settings', toggle ON the 'Autobook Partner Eligibility'
3. Exclusions rules: You can add exclusions for certain quote attributes by clicking Add Exclusions
   
   1. Equipment Types
   2. Loading Types
   3. Drop or Pick Zip Codes
   4. Pick or Drop Location Cods
   5. Assigned Users
4. Click Create to save

Edit Existing Network Partner

1. Go to 'Network Tab'
2. Next to the Network Partner you want to edit, click the three dots on the right of the screen
3. Under 'Partner Settings', toggle ON or OFF the 'Autobook Partner Eligibility'
4. Exclusions rules: You can add exclusions for certain quote attributes by clicking Add Exclusions
   1. Equipment Types
   2. Loading Types
   3. Drop or Pick Zip Codes
   4. Pick or Drop Location Cods
   5. Assigned Users
5. Click Save
6. The Network Partner will now show Default or Limited under 'Autobook Status' to indicate they have autobook access
   1. Default: Network Partner has Autobook capabilities on all quotes without any exclusions
   2. Limited: Network Partner has Autobook capabilities, except for certain conditions listed in exclusions list.

 

How to Add/Remove Autobook Partners (Old)

**Instructions on how to manage Autobook Partners if users are on an older version of the Shipper TMS platform**

1. Log into the Emerge Shipper TMS portal
2. Click on Settings via the gear icon (⚙) on the bottom left of the page
3. Click on Quote Preferences

Add Your Auto Book Partners

To add a Network Partner as an Auto Book Partner

1. From the Network Partners section, check the box next to a Network Partner
2. Once the box is checked, click ADD TO AUTO BOOK PARTNERS. This will move the Network Partner from the Network Partner list to the Auto Book Partners list.

 

 

Click SAVE in the bottom right of the page.

 

 

Remove Network Partners from Auto Book

To remove a Network Partner from the Auto Book Partners list:

1. Check the box next to the Auto Book Partner
2. Click REMOVE FROM AUTO BOOK PARTNERS.
3. Click SAVE when finished.
